So it’s the New Year and I’m feeling ready to get back on track. I found this BRILLIANT challenge blog that helps you feel better about yourself physically, spiritually, and mentally. It’s the Feel Great in 8 Challenge. It’s all about eating healthier and exercising, but it’s also about doing things that help you in other areas like reading good books, meditating, service, getting sleep, and family time.
You keep track of points. You simply earn points when you make good choices and lose points when you don’t. It’s based on integrity (so NO cheaterpants!). And there is PRIZE MONEY to be won for those with the most points. You pay a small fee of $20. Half of that goes into the prize money pot. The other half goes to Tiffany who runs the site and gives you the tools for success. She inspires you to stay on track and keeps it all going. She’s got it so organized.
It’s like a fun game to help me feel better all around. The best part is that it only lasts 8 weeks. If I don’t like it, then I’ll be done by March. If I do like it, then I’ll be feeling really good by March.
